Captain Hermann de Wynter is a minor antagonist in the novel Snakehead.
Personality & Appearance
He is Dutch, but other than that snippet of information he is not physically described in the book. However, it is mentioned that he often wears a ship captain's hat.
Normally, De Wynter is not a nervous man, but he seems to fear his superior, Major Winston Yu. De Wynter is evenually killed by Yu for failing him.
About
De Wynter is the captain of the Liberian Star and ships cargo for the Snakehead. He was reportedly unmarried and saving for retirement.
