General Viktor Ivanov is a minor character mentioned in the novel Point Blanc.
About[]
Ex-KGB, until the previous December when he was head of the Foreign Intelligence Service and probably the second or third most powerful man in Russia after the president. Fourteen-year-old son, Dimitry, at Point Blanc Academy.
Ivanov was theoretically assassinated by The Gentleman, some time before or after Michael J Roscoe was murdered, and it was because he came too close to having doubts about the Academy, and that (due to his social standing) he had to be removed.
