As with most Military Intelligence Six gadgets, this inhaler was invented by Derek Smithers.
About[]
Smithers devised this modified asthma inhaler, which can be used as a knockout gas gun. It has a range of up to five meters and will stun targets for at least three hours. Twisting the canister also activates the explosive on a five-second fuse, turning the inhaler into a hand grenade.
Known Uses[]
Alex Rider worked for the CIA once again during the investigation into the eco-terrorist group Force Three in the novel Ark Angel. The inhaler was included as part of his cover. Alex used the grenade function to blow his way out of an underwater shipwreck.
