Oliver D'Arc is the principal of the SCORPIA training facility on Malagosto. He appears only in the novel Scorpia.

D'Arc appears French, small, and plump, with stubby fingers and gold-rimmed glasses. He has a neat black beard tapering to a point beneath his chin. He took over from Sefton nye after he was murdered by one of his students.
