Synopsis []
Cut off from his friends and forced to work with one of his greatest foes, Alex endures a punishing induction to Scorpia, and must face off against a gang of ruthless trainee assassins.
Plot []
In a flashback, John Rider and Yassen's are involved in a weapons deal with arms dealer Don Andres, masking their true intent to assassinate him. Don Andres catches on, leading to Yassen's capture, but John's quick thinking saves him.
Back in the present, Alex undergoes training with Yassen, who criticizes his recklessness and lack of focus. Yassen stresses the importance of honing skills, warning that mistakes in the field could be fatal.
In London, Smithers and Crawley attend Pritchard's funeral, while Jones feels guilt over his death. Blunt emphasizes the urgency of understanding the Invisible Sword weapon, recognizing the threat to Scorpia.
Jones seeks reassurance about Alex's safety from Jack Starbright, unaware of his involvement with Scorpia. Meanwhile, Kyra and Tom attempt to locate Alex, prompting Nile to intervene and warn them off.
Syl tries to boost Alex's morale during training, introducing him to other trainees with troubled pasts. However, a meeting with Alyona and Oleg turns hostile as they view Alex as a liability. Despite initial setbacks, Alex proves himself in subsequent training rounds.
Julia learns of Max's intentions to leave the criminal world, while Nile confronts Kyra and Tom, urging them to return to London. Despite initially agreeing, they ultimately decide against boarding their flight.
