Newest Sherlock Holmes to be Written by AH
There are a select few franchises that never end. Star Wars, Star Trek, and Lord of the Rings are a few.
Sherlock Holmes, the endless installation of mystery novels featuring the world's most famous detective, has long since branched away from what Sir Conan Doyle wrote all those years ago.
Anthony Horowitz, author of the much-loved Alex Rider series, was contracted by the Conan Doyle Estate to write the newest installation of the Sherlock Holmes saga. The whole project is still under wraps, but two things are for sure: the title is Sherlock Holmes and the House of Silk and the release date is 11/1/11.
While our brains are trying to comprehend all the ones in that date, Horowitz is locked in a room somewhere typing up the rough draft of the novel. Watc…
